Subject: Muslim Youth League Protest March at Kasargod, Kerala spewing communal venom against the Hindu community and raising death warrants reg.

You are here by informed that in the evening of 25.7.2023, the youth league held a demonstration in Kanhangad town, shouting slogans in a derogatory and humiliating manner against the Hindu community. Such slogans in the manner of spreading racial poison in the society which may lead to religious hatred and religious riots in the society, which will later lead to widespread conflict between religious groups, and there is a possibility that people's peaceful lives will be disrupted and even life and property will be damaged.

The slogan they chanted was
 "Without reciting the Ramayana,
Will be hanged in Temple,
will be burnt unto death”

(Means, Without allowing to recite Ramayana, hindus will be hanged in front of Sanctum Santorum and will be burnt there unto death) 

The aforesaid case is an offense under Indian Penal Code Section 153, Section 153 A, Section 153 B, Section 295 A, Section 505(1), 503,504,506.

Therefore, it is humbly requested to initiate appropriate action against the Muslim League-Youth League activists for raising such racist slogans and they should be punished in an exemplary manner.
